On the US and Spain issue of this album the track On A Clear Day You Can See Forever was replaced with Walking Happy (length 2:18). Additionally there were different versions of "If You Go Away" and "Big Spender" on these albums.

In May and June 1971, Shirley Bassey made her yearly visit to Australia and New Zealand. During her visit, she was presented with a gold disc for this album. This was the first gold disc awarded to a female recording artist in Australia.

The complete album had been re-released on a CD "Big Spender" in Australia.
