A thread at diyaudio with the schematic (I was too lazy...)
Power supply: AC/AC Adapter 16V / 250mA. Positive and negative supply voltage are generated on board, with the drawback that there is no simple way for battery supply

Larger filter caps installed (1000µF, mounted sideways to fit into housing),
4µ7F electrolytic capacitors replaced by WIMA 2µ2F MKS-02s.
