| In 2001 our holiday took us the first time to Scandinavia.
To the southern part of Norway. Land of the trolls.
Our Tour began in Oslo, took us along the South coast to Stavanger, from there through the fjords to Bergen, up north to the Geiranger fjord via Lillehammer back to the border of Sweden.

Highlights of this tour were among other things Oslo,
Preikestolen, Bergen, some of the fjords and last but not least the open
air museum Maihaugen in Lillehammer.

| Most important in Norway is either to have lot's of money
or to have a trunk load full of food (not to forget alcohol, which you
couldn't afford to buy over there) - Norway is a dear place to be.
|

|
But the nature, the cosy towns and the spectacular fjords
is worth it.
