1. Download
the program and
install it
2. Take out
the memory card
of your camera
3. Connect your
camera to your PC
4. Push USB
Button of the craddle
or push
ON/OFF Button (depending
on your camera)
5. Start BestEdi
6.1 First
select your drive (i.g.
i:)
double-click
6.2 Select
your directory 'scene'
double-click
6.3 Select
the bestshot you
want to edit
and just double-click.
Now the bestshot
of your choice is
opened you see the
image and you can
change on the fly
all settings in
the right part of
the windows. That's
all.
6.4 New
bestshot file
first export
one existing bestshot
file (according
the naming conventions
of your camera)
and second change
on the fly all settings
6.5 Modifying
the tumb picture
you can use use
the buttons for
import and export
to change the small
picture of the current
bestshot. If you
want some text or
additional graphics
just double click
the picture and
use your favorite
Graphic program
to do this. Don't
forget to save the
changes in your
Graphic program,
so that BestEdi
will catch it.
7. General
You can copy
via Explorer bestshots
from the memory
of your camera to
your pc and retour.
You can copy downloaded
bestshot files to
the memory of your
camera, take care
that you don't override
existing files with
the same name. You
don't need to give
your Besthot files
consecutive
numbering.
But Bestshot files must
have valid names
for example:
- EX-Z850
UZ850001.JPE
to UZ850999.JPE
- EX-Z600
UZ600001.JPE
to UZ600999.JPE
- EX-Z120
UZ120001.JPE
to UZ120999.JPE
- EX-S600 US600001.JPE
to US600999.JPE
