CHP Preschool Education

After building several Kindergardens in Otjiwarongo the Clay House Project started in 2008 it's Preschool Educational Program.

The vision is to promote the wellbeing of education especially the early child development (ECD) and to seek that most of the preschool children in Otjiwarongo will be reached by our program.

The CHP educational program works closely together with about 20 Kindergardens in Otjiwarongo, reaching more than 1.000 children weekly.
Two mobile teachers are visiting every day two different Kindergardens, while other Kindergardens are using the CHP wading pool or the sports hall.

Our teachers provide the kindergarden staff with poster prints, music, storybooks, colors, games and a lot of educational material to make a preschool lesson.

We also organize workshops for preschool teachers to upgrade their basic knowledge in educational questions in order to be productive and to develop children emotionally, physically, socially and intellectually.

At the weekend the Mega Sandpit and the CHP Kindergarden wading pool is open for public use.
