What is Ancapistan Network (AN)?
1. AN is an anarcho-capitalistic enterprise.
It's ancap by 100%. There is no national court of jurisdiction. All law is selfmade and private property law.
2. AN is an association of various organisations which contract to the same statute.
(Instead of trying to overthrow the state, we want to build like an ancap megacorp and institute anarchocapitalism that way.)
3. The goal is to build free society in the needs of members and customers.
So AN works by making of profits, but without the knowledge of national authorities.
Nevertheless all activities of AN-organisations are legal.
What is an AN establishment (ANE)?
1. An ANE is a member of AN with local or special goals.
An ANE adminstrates their acivities. This acitivities can be hold in different organisations.
Maybe such an organisation is controlled by national law or not.
Maybe such an organisation is making profit or not.
2. People may join there and will become partners of them.
3. An ANE is gathering money by shares or subscriptions.
It's also conceivable to take official subscriptions with a tax-forwarding association
but to enter the deposits as inofficial ancap-enterprise-shares. Later this enterprise will participate by an AN project (to the officials with the subscriptions, to the members with their shares).
4. A advanced type of ANE could be an off-shore bank.
You will pay in your money without national law validly documents but you will keep your money by ancap law.
5. Members of an ANE which will leave their property by last will or security get (share-)benefits.
So it's conceivable that money for projects will be collecting quicker.
In a nutshell:
Members profit in different ways:
- They pay in by tax-consideration (clever tax-workaround).
- They profit by deposit a last will or security.
- They profit by death of other members.
- They profit by agglomeration of advantages in the network.
- They profit by cooperation of ANE's in the network.
The statute
The statute is very simple.
All ANEs mutual respect together by the Non-Aggression-Principle. Everything is right so long as the NAP is abided.
The NAP means that all collective coercion of society to guide people or to control markets are evil.
Also every compelled concept of statism or Classical Liberalism is evil because AN is an anarchocapitalistic association to reach anarchy, not one of any freedom-plumber to reach "more" freedom.
But Caution! This theory is only important to justice, i.e. for accounted justiciable claims. A free order in praxis works not only for justice by accounted claims. Judiciary is suitable for the treatment of objectively evaluations but is unsuitable to subjective values.
Since subjective values are also a part in human interaction when no objective values are present resp. usuable, treatment of subjectively evaluation is generally equivalent to treatment of objective evaluation.
This means that the market treats all evaluations either them of objective or of subjective values. The market as whole aggregat of treatment of values doesn't know anything about the difference of inherent characters. The market treats claims as these are simply enforceable and participants of the market ask for values.
As humans ask for, they evaluate their dependent goods, services and moral values, either they use justice thereby or not, they organize their relationships as best as possible in human nature.
Why Ancapistan Network?
Why want anarchists anarchy?
Are they thinking it's a nice joke to sting the statists everyday? ... hehe
Do anarchists require governments to rub against those? ... argh
...
Or want anarchists that government stop hassling them so that they could deal with own buisiness at last?
We take this latter option, aren't you? ... of course
OK.
So what does ancap movement mean then?
Is ancap movement a psychosis by freedom-withdrawal?
Or do you wish to live without government in Costa Rica, Somalia or wherever?
So if you wish to make your own buisiness, then ancap movement must become self a business to reach it.
Now you have it.
So AN has 2 issues.
First is to look for possibilties. Where we can go? What we will need?
Second is to build force.
And that needs a strong network.

Secession could be a main goal of AN. But isn't secession an utopia?
It's a question of might.
When there is no army in a region, state interests remain on a limited might. Why should this utopistic? There is no reason.
All what is to do is a secession on valid law of nations. We dont like political affaires.
The question is only to get a pleasant place. And this is a question about own resources (preparations: estates, weapons, infrastructure, organisation).
When it wll happen you can emigrate to, you will buy property or not.
When the mission is crowned with success the ANE can make profit, you as a partner of ANE also.
Then ANE will reinvest in the next project. And your shares will rise.
How to find investors?
Yes, this a main point.
So look, what investors need. An investor need an interesting offer. That we have. High demand to freedom does quite exist.
But an investor needs more than high performance projects. He needs creditableness/reliability in his investments on his hand.
It is the important task of the network to create that. But how to create creditableness?
We can achieve creditableness by providing for all contingencies/eventualities of uncertainties. This seems to be a difficult work and nobody would automatically honor a preparation of
a buisiness plan. Who will do it? So there is an objection.
It follwos that we have to do something to create reliability. We must recompense it.
We must only realize that it is a valueable service to create reliability. So we pay (in shares or wage) who supply.
And this are good news for suppliers and for investors.
What does AN think about autonomy or other political interferences?
The wish of autonomy can be rational by the logic of self-defense.
But the principles of self-defense will be valid at the same time.
Self-defense must be substantiated in adequate means.
The act of autonomy may not manifest an other kind of violence.
Autonomy can only be a solution if it is a temporary one and when it is the intention
of the actuators as an intermediate station to self-determination and when there is no other reasonably alternative choice.
What is an ancap promotion association? (APA)
An APA is an ancap container of a common promotion association (PA) depended to national law.
We need the PA to take official subscriptions with tax-forwarding.
This is possible if you tell the officials that your association is a non-profit association with a tax-forwarding reason (build free society = development aid).
Also you need (in Germany) an other tax-forwarding association in case of resolution. Here we can take ISIL for example.
The ANE, which is holding this APA, is now able to schedule the official development aid inside of an AN-project.
The ANE can so use this precious ressource to deal within the network and to benetit the APA-payer.
How can we trust without private law enforce agencies?
This could become a problem when we someone hand over our money and he cheats us with national laws.
Try new ways of buisiness practies. Build savety and trust arrangements.
Officials want to see your accounting. Give them and trickling bypass them with your secret conter-vouchers.
