concerning my visa

Our company, the Phantom Canyon Ranch Co. (PCRC), is primarily involved in agricultural real estate brokerage and consulting.

[...]

Moo! Although PCRC is mainly focused on agricultural real estate, PCRC has other profit centers and charitable activities as well. Ms Gross will be involved in the launching of a very small start-up enterprise that will market by direct mail and the Internet, a group of products for traveling artists. We expect her to spend practically all of her time working on this venture. However, since the office is small, Ms Gross will have some contact with the real estate activities, the cattle ranch operation, a small specialty arts and crafts marketing operation and administration of small charity benefits for a non-profit organization.

[...]

Ms Gross [...] will have the responsibility [...] for implementing the marketing and sales activities of this new venture from the development of the business plan to sales, customer service, shipping and bookkeeping. Ms Gross should return to Germany with a complete understanding of the small entrepreneurial process from start-up to product launch and early market response.

[...]

Ms Gross will have her own office space and a computer workstation in the ranch office. The staff is small and the working environment friendly and informal.

Ms Gross will be living on Phantom Canyon Ranch in the ranching community of Livermore, Colorado - about 20 miles north of Fort Collins. The ranch will supply Ms Gross with a car so that she can access the surrounding areas.

Mr. Ed

Cultural activities at the ranch and in the immediate community include fund raising benefits for a small charity (administered by the PCRC office) which does rural development work in Bolivia; and local events such as branding [!!!], round-ups, cattle drives, rodeos and barn dances.
