The
Club
Something that was just
fun and a crazy idea in the beginning, is now
getting bigger and bigger.
Of course, our main
intention is to have fun and to entertain people.
But this is no obstacle to us to create our
organisation as professional as possible.
If you are also interested in the
the sport you will be feel comfortable in our
group which meets weekly for training.
Contacts to the radio
station FRITZ and a couple of newspapers caused
an increasing number of club members during the
last months. Right now we are 30 members which
are mainly located in the eastern part of Berlin.
But we also have members from Schoeneberg,
Brandenburg and Zehlendorf-Steglitz so we can
proudly say that we are a boot throwing club
representing whole Berlin.
Our concept contains a
monthly meeting which will be everytime in
another park in Berlin. This aims at the
possibility of presenting our sport to a wider
audition and to make it popular. Music, drinks
and a lot of fun are almost guaranteed. :-)
In addition, our club will
participate in supraregional Tournaments because
we found an interested party and tour operator
called Kontaktours which
supports us by giving as equipment, providing
free busses for undertakings and providing party
locations.
As a kind of compensation
one of our foundation members will fly to
Primorsko/Bulgaria to organize boot throwing
games at the beach in order to fill teenagers
with enthusiasm. Kontaktours wants to have the
trend sport, we’ve got it!
Every new member has to
pay 10 € as admission fee and gets as a kind
of equivalent value his own training boot and a T-Shirt
with our club emblem.
The monthly membership fee
of 2 € serves the procurement of drinks for
our park meetings

are there and the organisation is also well-structured!
We will make this sport
popular in order to remain true to our motto
“This is getting big…;-)” We are
really proud that we could achieve the 4th
place in our first participation in the German
Championship ever… ;-)
