1993 - 1996                                    System-Consultant and Projektmanager for integrated Call-Centers with products of: ACD (Definity), IVRU (Conversant), Dialler (CAS 4000) and Call-Center-Software EDGE (IMA), including system-integration and networking at DATAPOINT Deutschland GmbH.
