part 2:  Risottival!

Around noon, we arrived at the Ristorante Funivia, beautifully situated above the Lago di Lugano.  It was time for a cooking event, called Risottival!  Lunch was to be prepared by us club members...


At the entrance, everybody received a special Risottival apron, a chef's cap, and a huge (78cm!) wooden spoon with a special engravure:

So we all started cooking...

The result of our cooking activities tasted quite will, so we were excellent prepared for the rest of the day.  But we still had one more hour to relax...

In the early afternoon, we took the buses (four in total!) back to Lugano city for the Jelly in Jelly press conference at the Hotel de la Paix.
