Features:

• Changes standard refresh rates to user defined ones
• Allows to define if programs are allowed to set their own refresh rates or not
• Runs on any VBE 3.0 compatible video card
• Automatical configuration
• Lets you change h-size, h-pos, v-size, v-pos, pixelclock / refresh rate, h-sync polarity, v-sync polarity
• Allows to use a fixed frequency monitor if you know the values you have to enter
• VBEHZ.COM requires less than 1.1 KB of RAM, may be loaded into UMBs
• VGAxx.COM and RIVAFIX.COM use less than 500 Bytes of RAM.
• Does not lock any file handles
• Runs under DOS as well as under Win 95 or 98
• Can be reloaded after reconfiguring
• Can be disabled and re-enabled if only loaded once
• You can check if it is enabled or disabled from within batch (.BAT) files
• Displays the number of modes that are supported by your BIOS when loading
• Mode 13h (VGA 320x200, 256 Colors) also supported (*)
• Mode 12h (VGA 640x480, 16 Colors) supported (on RIVA chipsets only?) (*)
