How to find the cache: 
The Statue of liberty is from virtual type because im not able to service a real cache in this area. These cache is dedicated to the famous Statue of Liberty in New York. From this island in the upper bay, the message of freedom is send arround the world. The task of this cache is to find out, where over the world are locations to receive and transmit this messages. You have to look out for sisters of the Statue of Liberty all over our blue planet. Post your photos with the coordinates of the sign's location.
Only the first at the spot gets to log it. And please, only one "found" find per user. Notes of other cities are fine. Only log your visit if you have reached the location in the prefered way - thank you :-)
