The time: after 'The Rebirth'.

The situation: Optimus Prime is back, and so is Hot Rod. The Decepticons
are on Charr, licking their wounds, the Hive has set off to wherever.
The Sentinel Arc deals with Hot Rod's problems after being Rodimus
Prime for so long and now -- willingly -- stepping down again. He can't
be Hot Rod but he also isn't Rodimus anymore. So what is he? It also handles
a new group of robots, the Sentinels. Who are they? What is their connection
to Cybertron's past? And are the Quintessons really Cybertron's creators?
