In case of a standard internet connection (< 128 kbps) I suggest to use a utility like "wget [-c]" (GNU-freeware) or a download manager. The URL appears usually at the bottom of your browser when the mouse pointer is moved over the quoted movie name.

This AVI-movie is compressed using bzip2 (freeware). Besides, the movie can also be extracted with most of the freely available archive programs (not with WinZip!).
