Otherwise: one must pay for a trainer to watch one play on the six-hole golf course (by the way, the 6-hole course sucks, it is a joke!), and then at a later time again the same for the nine-hole golf course. After each time one gets the Platzerlaubnis (PE) - the permission to play for the respective golf course. Paying a minimum of €125 for the Eagle class required to play on the nine-hole golf course has nothing to do with how one can play but with learning what the golf club expects from players.
