The left picture shows a 3cm big pitcher and leaf apex with first adult features after 4 years of growth. N. rajah seems to dislike high light levels very much. Under full sun the leafes turn red and the plant stopps to pitcher. The right picture shows small N. rajah in a 6.5cm pot few months out of TC.

I have repottetd my N. rajah in pure living Sphagnum moss which seems to be a better subtrat for this plant than my standard mix. I've placed it in a slightly darker spot of my Terrarium and the red blotches on the leafes have disappeared. But it still is very slow growing. N. rajah responds quite well to foliar feeding and its diameter is now around 15cm. On the right picture the big root system of this plant can be seen.
Even very small N. rajah few months out of TC produce quite big root systems.
