Red form of this very easy and robust highland plant. This plant may also succeed as windowsill plant. N. sanguinea grows in exposed areas in full sun without any protection in its natural habitat so it has to be very hardy. The right picture shows the plant after growing outside for about three months. It grows in a shady position out of direct sunlight at a place on my terace where also mosses grow.
