Calibration of your monitor
For best viewing pleasure it's necessary to calibrate your monitor.
For this purpose you can use the calibration-sheet, which you see above. You have to calibrate your monitor,
if you can't identify three discs on the sheet.
In the middle you see a disc with a gray gradient from 10-90% gray.
A very dark (2% gray) disc is in the black half of the sheet
and a very light (98% gray) disc is in the white half of the sheet.
The calibration is done in three steps:
If possible use a viewing mode with at least 24bit depth.
Adjust the contrast to the maximum.
Adjust the brightness until you can see the dark (2% gray) and the bright (98% gray) disc.
Kalibrierung Ihres Monitors
Für das bestmögliche Ergebnis bei der Betrachtung der Bilder ist es notwendig, dass Sie Ihren Monitor kalibrieren.
Für diesen Zweck können Sie die oben stehende Grafik verwenden. Sie müssen Ihren Monitor nur dann kalibrieren, wenn
Sie keine drei Scheiben in der Grafik erkennen können.
In der Mitte sehen Sie eine Scheibe mit einem Grauverlauf von 10-90%. Eine sehr dunkle (2% grau) Scheibe finden Sie
in der schwarzen Bildhälfte. Eine sehr helle (98% grau) Scheibe ist in der weissen Hälfte der Grafik.
Die Kalibrierung erfolgt in drei Schritten:
Verwenden Sie - wenn möglich - einen Bildschirmmodus mit mindestens 24bit Tiefe.
Stellen Sie den Kontrast auf den maximalen Wert ein.
Ändern Sie nun die Helligkeit, bis Sie die dunkle (2% grau) Scheibe und die helle Scheibe (98% grau)
beide noch erkennen können.
