-who we are-
We are the moderators and members
of the German Internet Fanclub GermanDM.
-what we do-
Our Fanclub is dedicated to the TV-series Diagnosis:Murder and its
actors. In our mailing list you can talk about everything concerning
the series and the actors.
-since when we exist-
In 2000, Heike had this really wonderful idea that there has to be a
German forum for this series. (She was totally right about this!!!)
From DMAS (Diagnosis
Murder Appreciation Society), Heike already knew many people -
among them Ute, one of the two moderators of our Club. For months, they
promoted for their group.
-our partner-
In Kabel 1, the TV channel that has been televising the series for a
long time in Germany, both have found a strong partner.
The online editors of Kabel 1 kindly put a link from their DM-page to
our Yahoo Groups page... and slowly but surely the number of the
members increased.
We hope very much that you'll have much fun surfing on our GermanDM
homepage and we're looking forward to your suggestions and reviews
... and here you
find our mailing list:
Thanks!
The
DM-cookbook is the idea of the group GermanDM, when we noticed once
again that not only much coffee was being drunk but also the characters
were eating much. After having
suggested listing up all recipes, we thought of adding some fancy new
features
like the medical dictionary to information about the series on one
homepage.
When I agreed to take on the organisation for this homepage a half year
ago, I wouldn't have thought that there would be so much encouragement
and
readiness in participating among our group. To all of you who have
helped
with realizing these pages, a huge THANK YOU!!!
Thank you, Ute, for your recipes, guest stars,
translations and
a Sherlock-Holmes-nose when looking for mistakes! Thank you, Geo, for your biographies, many
quotes, and your idea for this thank-you-page! Thank you, Silke, for your episode guides,
recipes and your idea
for a coffee competition! Thank you, Jenny, for your nitpicks! Thank you, Heike, for looking through the
pages! Thank you, Kerstin (the number 1), for the
links, the Lee-Goldberg-text and your hint at the jell-o! (*he really
ate it!*) Not to forget those crazy chats at midnight! Thank you, Grit, for placing your knowledge at
our disposal in the medical dictionary! Thank you, Saskia, for your list of guest
stars! Thank you, Claudia, for the episode guide and
your photos! Thank you, Angela, for the list of guest
stars, your idea for a
calendar and your photos for the recipes! Thank you, Sandra, for the list of guest stars! Thank you, Nicole, for your translation of the
medical dictionary! Thank you, Mel, for your recipes!
And last but not least a Thank You to Langenscheidt, whose
dictionary helped me in many ways with the translations!

Kerstin, for the mail which got me started a long time ago (in a galaxy
thousands of light years...)
Ute, for a great view at L.A. ;-)
Silke, my favorite Barrinonette, for something that isn't described out
with the word 'help'.
Vicky Angel, the "Angel", for the big help with the Charlie-Bio.
Vicky, for the most wicked chats and theories about short men.
Mel and Nicole for sharing one of my passions and for SCARY! ;-)
All guys of GermanDM for...well, guess what!
Regina, for the sweetest stories!
Jenny, the super hero aka Brain, for moist cloths, fruitloops, harveys,
bracket arms, pens (ouch!), "Into the cupboard!", and a Schlumpf (the
Pinky
and the Brain, Brain, Brain...)
and Last but not least Anna (Fussel), Paule, Sofia, Muri und Anne, my
personal Fab5 (though I doubt we'd even solve a murder case) for
endless patience, the Geo-bearing and for being simply the best!!
Oh, there is still someone: Thanks to all DM Stars for the best night
that I ever spent in front of my computer!
