Prologue (it’s just about
to begin)
On the next pages you will find nearly all the recipes to what was
eaten in the episodes of Diagnosis:Murder. We’ve tried our best to find
them (and understand them – hmhm). But before you go on, you should
first of all know some things about the recipes:
For the weights and measures, we’ve used kilogram (kg), gram (g), litre
(l) and millilitre (ml), and also tablespoons (tb), teaspoons (ts) and
a
pinch. For those of you who own English or American speaking measure
cups:
don’t let them translate the measures, they are too innocent to be
confronted
with such maths stuff! We give you a conversion table so you can do the
work.

You’d like to use not-measuring cups? Well, I haven’t seen nor used a
cup that can’t measure, but if you’d like to use cups, then consider
that a cup is equivalent to 200ml, or 0,35 pints (GB), or 0,42 pints
(US).
The temperatures are given in °Celsius (°C) and in
°Fahrenheit (°F)
As for the legal foundation, it can only be said that the recipes may
be copied for free. We won’t accept liability at all for anything that
will happen
to you when cooking, baking, mixing etc. including laughing fits when
reading
the recipes.
Well, now as everything (?) is clear, the show can finally begin!
Enjoy your meal!
