There is no error free software ;-). Before you are submitting a bug report to me check if the bug is really within TargetD64. There are a lot of corrupted archive files floating around. So if you have run into an error check the integrity of any input file first.
Read the manual about installation of TargetD64. May be you did something wrong there.
Finally check the TargetD64 Tracker if your problem or error is already confirmed. Maybe there is a workaround listed.
If all this does not help then submit a bug report. Mention the TargetD64 version and your operating system. If the following form is not suitable for you email me like this.
