The parts list: Parts.txt. Note that you need the submodels more than once!
Here is some sample code, that lets the platform drive a square two different ways, first like a tank would drive and then like a Killough Platform can drive.
Note: Wheel 81.6x15 - Mindstorm Set from Step 11 is not yet an official part!
