We are living on the former river island Finkenwerder which is part of the city of Hamburg (Germany).
Some software I have written
NOTES All programs are written in C++ and distributed under the terms of the Gnu General Public License. In short i.e. NO WARRANTY and the software (or software derived from it) must remain free. The Programs are compiled with gcc 3 on Linux and on Windows. To compile from sources you need the FOX toolkit, too.Charly --- (screenshot)
A game similar to Lemmings or Pingus (you know, guide some little helpless creatures to an exit). It it is much simpler than the original Lemmings, has different features and is well suited for children.
Hearts --- (screenshot)
This is my version of this cardgame, though the "intelligence" behind it was programmed by others. I think, it is one of the few computer versions that take into account the Jack of Diamonds being worth -10 points.
Spider --- (screenshot)
This version of the cardgame allows you to play with fewer than all four possible suits.
FoxGame
It is a collection of some simple and more or less entertaining games. Just give them a try. I made them over the years for my son when he was younger.
SiuHex
consists of some converters as I needed them over the time. It calculates temperatures (Fahrenheit/Celsius), distances (miles/feet/meter) and hexadecimal numbers needed to get color values in programs.
