FAQ
"All knowledge is already inside us,
we simply need to become aware of it."
I guess I’m a little put off by the chakra teaching that encourages development of the lower or more profane centres like the sacral or solar plexus ones. I believe humanity gives these too much attention already! Any focus should be in speeding up our higher ones like the pineal, heart, throat etc. How do you feel about it?
- The thing with chakra development is that we develop upwards from base to crown. So in order to fully develop and open your upper chakras you need to have done this with those chakras below first. Imagine what would happen if you wanted to only build the roof for a tower but are not willing to lay the foundation stone first!
Humanity began developing with the very simple and basic base chakra, slowly developing consciousness, awareness such as the ability to reflect and reason. Presently we are shifting our awareness so that we start to use more and more our centres above the diaphragm resulting in more and more psychic phenomena. But this shift isn't easy and can be very frustrating and confusing once we reached that place above the diaphragm but can't maintain our position there just yet and fall back down again. That's why it is important to make sure that the lower centres are properly developed before attempting any "overheated" activation of the upper chakras.
Of course it is very desirable to have the upper chakras fully developed and consciously running, but it can well be that we are still a couple lives away from that dream. And I'm really not trying to discourage you here but merely widening your horizon.
Why is it that your hands sometimes are warm and then suddenly cold?
- I channel energies, so although I do a lot of visualisations it is actually not me in person that heals. Therefore energies will come through me as needed. In this case there were areas that were in more need than others, some requiring cold, others warm energy.
I’m the most unlucky person I know. Everything I do goes wrong and nothing ends up how I want it to. Is there any way I can turn things around or am I doomed to be unlucky forever?
- What is it that you are trying to turn around? Maybe you just try a little bit too hard to do things right. Stop for a moment. Take a deep breath and empty your mind. You don’t have to be perfect.
Our mind creates most unlucky happenings by creating negative thought patterns such as anger or guilt. According to Louise Hay, there is a certain need for each condition. For example, if you repeatedly say you’re not worth it, your mind accepts that you really believe this. Therefore, you might have troubles achieving your personal goals.
A disease or dis-ease can be influenced by reversing mental patterns. Little accidents in life indicate an inability to speak up for the self. So first you need to release the condition by saying: “I’m willing to release the need for...” let’s say in your case “unlucky events“. A new thought pattern will help you to concentrate on one thing: “I am at peace. I am worthwhile.”
I believe that most illnesses are a product of the mind. If you feel depressed and sad or are in a stressed state it is likely that your worries are accompanied by headaches or back pain. That’s why it is important to treat the whole self as it is all linked together.
