Healing Clinics - I am part of the Starlight Healers in Eastbourne. I personally don’t charge for these treatments but donations are welcome in order to keep the clinic open. You don’t need an appointment just drop in and enjoy. Tuesdays 10am to 12.30pm at the Deerfold Centre, 233 Seaside, Eastbourne - Also on Tuesdays from 2.30pm to 3.30pm I attend the voluntary drop-in healing session at the Yoga-Life Studio at the Enterprise Centre in Eastbourne. Again, all healers work on a voluntary basis, donations are welcome. Individual treatments - Apart from my voluntary work I offer confidential one to one sessions in a friendly setting where I can fully concentrate on your individual needs and am prepared to answer individual questions. Sessions start with a little chat about your current or recent situation as this helps to identify the main cause of your problem. At your first consultation I will take a couple of notes of your medical history, your current problems and contact details for my own records. Sessions will generally take about an hour. I mainly work with absent and distant healing but will use hands on healing if I feel it is needed. You can either be treated in a sitting or laying position, whatever is more comfortable for you. The way healing is experienced differs between individuals. Most patients are aware of sensations such as heat, tingling etc. in their body. Few don’t feel anything at all, but one usually experiences the calming effect that relaxes you inside and out. I’m sure it won’t leave you untouched. Distant Healing - During a session of Distant Healing I will carry out exactly the same healing work with the little distinction that the patient and I can enjoy the comfort of our own surroundings. It is advisable to set a time and date when the person to receive Healing will be in a quiet state as this will help to send and receive Healing more efficiently. Knowing how powerful it can be I don’t wish anyone to be knocked off their feet when I start the treatment. Depending on the circumstances, a session will take about 30 minutes during which the patient will sit or lay down comfortably. It helps if I know the patient in person or have at least seen a photograph and made a voice link, e.g. by phone. But I have discovered that it still works without. If you wish to receive Distant Healing, we will make further arrangements via telephone or e-mail. After Care - Out of experience, for best results I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions. Everyone experiences the healing differently. But for everyone it is important to take it slowly after each session. Make sure you don't make any major plans on that day. Make it "your day", rest and drink plenty of water. And should you suddenly feel full of energy, don't waste it but save it and use it constructively, make it last for the rest of the week. Don't expect to be healed, trust that you have healed already. You are what you think - so who do you think you are? Think yourself to who you want to be. It's quite frankly mind over matter. Tarot Card Readings - Due to the recent demand for Tarot Card Readings that I experienced, I decided to officially offer it as an additional service. There are various card systems for you to choose from in order to answer your personal questions. However, be aware that Tarot Cards won’t give you a definite yes or no answer. They can give you an overview or tendency towards your issue which might help you to gain some clarity. It does give sufficient information over past, present and future happenings. Price rates - I do not charge for the healing in its own. It is my own expenses I try to cover such as travel costs and my own time. There will be an enhanced price rate for visits more than 10 miles away. If you can’t make it to an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. There is a cancellation fee, equivalent to the booked session(minimum of £18), for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to booked appointments.
