BACKGROUND INFORMATION

In early 2004, a few visionary people in a small Underground Church in Mexico
City began to plan a huge Christian music event called "The Revolution Metal Festival."
Their vision was that this event would provide a powerful platform for a number of well
established Christian artists to perform, to proclaim The Gospel of Jesus Christ and
ultimately, to minister to thousands of people in Mexico City. These visionary people
soon found themselves in the unfamiliar position of concert promoters. To solidify the
and confirm the event, the promoters soon issued generous invitations to U.S. bands
Stryper and Saviour Machine, Narnia from Sweden and Mortification from Australia.

The Underground Outreach community consists of approximately 50 families and
has very limited financial resources....in an attempt to finance such an event, the people
of the Underground Outreach worked for nearly a year without wages! Some of these
people sold their automobiles and other personal belongings to raise enough money
to afford flights, hotels, catering, arena rental, equipment rentals and fees for the bands.

On November 18th, 2004 - Stryper's management, Deep South Entertainment called
the promoters to regretfully inform them that Stryper had to cancel the show due to a
few of contractual agreements that had not been met by the promoters. According to
the contract between The Underground Outreach and Stryper/Deep South Ent, Stryper
was entitled to keep the entire sum of $56,500 US Dollars which they had received in
advance for their concert performance. Stryper confirmed that they intended to do so.

Although Stryper's cancellation was a difficult situation to overcome, The Revolution
Metal Festival still took place and was a great success in many non financial aspects!
Saviour Machine, Narnia and Mortification were still able to perform to a few thousand
people in Mexico City! It was a truly wonderful experience, we are very thankful for it!

Thank you to ALL of you who worked so very hard to make this possible!
You all have my deepest respect for your courage, your commitment and
your dedication to fulfilling this vision! Our brief time in Mexico City was
a very enjoyable experience primarily because of YOU! Over the past 15
years, I have met thousands of people around the world and I've worked
together with hundreds of promoters /event staffs /crews in organizing,
realizing and performing concerts....I must say that the team involved
in putting on the RMF were individually and collectively some of the
most gracious, kind and gentile people I've ever had the pleasure of
meeting and working with! I thank you again....God bless you ALL!

After meeting these wonderful people, spending time with them and learning of their
tragic financial situation, there was simply NO WAY we could live with ourselves if
we did not do everything we possibly could to help them! Upon returning home to our
respective countries....Saviour Machine, Narnia, Mortification and MCM-Music, joined
efforts in coordination with the people of The Underground Outreach Community in a
unified attempt to implore Stryper/Deep South Entertainment to return a large portion
(if not all) of the advance money they received before the canceling the performance!

Because this matter has now become public knowledge, many discussions have
been taking place regarding whether or not Stryper did the "right thing" in retaining
advance money for a concert which they did not perform. Stryper has recently stated
that the advance money had to be spent on preparations and rehearsals for the performance.
Regardless of moral position and logistical facts in this in this matter, impoverished
people are greatly suffering and they require our attention and assistance! As stated
above, the families of The Underground Outreach Community in Mexico City are now
in desperate need of IMMEDIATE financial support! They are experiencing profound
difficulties in accomplishing simple, everyday tasks such as maintaining their homes,
paying bills and tragically, in some cases, even providing daily meals for their children!
