With decision of the District Court Hamburg of May 12 1998 that according to circumstances one could be made liable for the contents of the homepage if hyperlinks were placed. According to the District Court Hamburg this can only be prevented in particular by upstaining from all personal contents. Accordingly I declare to have no influence what so ever on the origin and contents of all stated link pages. Further more I remain detached to all contents of pages which will be surfed in connection with my hyperlinks. By typing a link the suggestion is accepted.
