Cainites know of it as a huge and extravagant dance club where mortal vessels are easliy obtained, friends and enemies meet and intrigues and plots are hatched. Only a few know of what ancient secrets it contains. The Succubus may well become the central meeting spot for your characters, for so many stories start and end there. It is the nexus of this dark city. It is the place of dreams, the place of nightmares.

| Kommentar: | Okay, wie kriegt man ein ganzes Buch voll, wenn man
nur einen Ort beschreiben will, der auch schon in Chicago
by Night und anderen Chicago-Abenteuern regelmäßig
Erwähnung findet? Naja, man kann natürlich eine
ausführliche Beschreibung des Ortes machen, wo der
Standort von jedem Tisch und die Charaktereigenschaften
von jeder Kellnerin diskutiert werden. Das wären aber
nur 25 Seiten. Dazu enthält das Buch sechs Abenteuer, die sich mehr oder weniger oft im Succubus Club abspielen. Die Abenteuer haben eine variable Qualität, aber keins davon ist wirklich gut ausgearbeitet. Schade. Einige Ideen waren ganz gut. |

| Fazit: | Ein ganzes Buch für die Beschreibung eines Clubs? Nee, mehr eine große Abenteuersammlung. Okay, der Succubus Club spielt in den Chicago-Chroniken stets eine zentrale Rolle, aber ein ganzes Buch ist doch ein bisschen übertrieben. |
