Benedictine , actually Namos II , in the Namos Polaris system , has been designed to be the new diplomatic center of the U.S.O and the Siwenna and Aldebaran sectors for the Westside of the Galaxy. A special sector wide lotto on 154 planets provided the funds for building the vastest movable space station mankind ever devised , the " Talleyrand " named after the legendary diplomat .

The " Talleyrand " serves as a gigantic conference center and hotel , but is also capable of hyper speed and defense . .The " Talleyrand " consists of two independently movable 2500  meter CARRIER Class hulls and a circular 2000 middle section , given her an overall length of 7500 meters , = 7.5 km , or about 3.93 miles .
