The three current mission goals of the USO are  :  To ally as many forces of good as possible ,   to give other planets of the Galaxy the opportunity of constructive advice , help or backing against uncivilized or unreasonable wrongdoing , deprivation , greed , colonisation or attacks and  to provide a free forum of information about what's really going on in the galaxy ....

The USO is an star alliance of civil and scientific planets , communities and political unions , mainly  in the Siwenna and Aldebaran sectors of the Galaxy . The USO  protects its members from outer dangers and inner  turmoil .
