The USO is open for new members . Prospective members should study the preceding pages to see if they are OK with our law . If you want to join the USO , the Federation will take no influence on your actions . You do not have separate mission objectives . The only thing we will ask for is to help your USO allies whenever possible .

If disputes arise between USO members , the decisive power lies with the Chancellor , in coordination with the Federal President . You will get to know them , eventually .The Armed Forces have no participation in member disputes .

You will be briefed on individuals or organisations that are not too friendly to us .You are not compelled to fight anybody though . You will also be briefed on your fellow USO members . You can have your own page within the USO website or your own free website , null problemo .
