Current Discussions I . Did , or does Galaxia know that Psychohistory is terminally flawed ? II . Are there any examples that an all - powerful elite like the Mentalics of the Second Foundation , supposedly superior to anyone , has a chance NOT to turn out into one of the worst cabals of human history ? Initial research does not show much promise . As far as the research we have conducted until now , it has never happened . The most powerful regimes always left the bloodiest pages in history , as they need to fight against the whole inertia of human history and social development . As the old physic adage " action equals reaction " goes , they usually end up in the monster book . And monsters that can make opposition just " disappear " may well turn out the worst we have ever seen . Interesting times ahead ..... We'll inform you as soon as possible .....
