What is now the USO developed from two sectors of the old Galactic Empire , the Normannic Sector with it's capital planet Siwenna , well known in history through Bel Riose and Onum Barr , and the Aldebaran Sector .

The colonization of the Siwenna ( Normannic ) Sector started much earlier than the Aldebaran sector , about 350 G.E. with the legendary Explorer captain Aventin van Traan .
